1.1 Horse and Cattle Sales:
Due to the nature of live animal sales, returns and exchanges for horses and cattle are generally not accepted. We strive to provide accurate and detailed descriptions of our animals to ensure transparency and facilitate informed decision-making. We encourage customers to thoroughly review all information, photographs, and documentation, as well as visiting Lapco in person to inspect the animal and organize a vet check (at buyer’s expense), before making a purchase. 1.2 Product Sales:
For products, no returns are accepted unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect item. For products (excluding horses and cattle), we accept returns and exchanges within 7 days from the date of delivery, provided that the items are unused, in their original condition, and accompanied by proof of purchase. To initiate a return or exchange, please contact our customer service team to obtain further instructions at customerservice@thelapco.com. Return shipping costs will be the responsibility of the customer.

2.1 Horse and Cattle Sales:

Conditions for Refunds:
Animal Health: The returned animal must be in the same health and condition as when it was purchased, except for health issues that may have arisen after the sale due to circumstances beyond your control.
